Manufacturing and export

For companies whose buyers are in other countries.

A manufacturer selling abroad competes with suppliers a buyer can evaluate online in ten minutes. If your range only exists in a PDF catalogue and in your sales team’s heads, you are not in that comparison.

What we see in this sector

Four problems that come up repeatedly, and how we address them.

The product range exists only in PDFs and in the sales team’s knowledge

A structured catalogue with technical attributes, filterable the way an engineer selects a part.

Foreign buyers cannot read the specification

Localisation into the languages that carry commercial weight in your actual export markets.

Enquiries arrive with no context and go to the wrong person

RFQ and sample-request workflows that capture the product code and route to the right desk.

Distributors ask for material the company cannot supply quickly

A partner-facing document and asset library that does not require a phone call.

Questions we are asked

Which languages should a Turkish manufacturer publish in?

The ones your buyers purchase in, which is rarely the obvious set. We have shipped English, Turkish, Russian and German for a manufacturer whose export markets made Russian and German the commercially decisive pair — and the two their competitors had not invested in.

Can product data be imported from an existing ERP or spreadsheet?

Yes. Most catalogue projects start from an export of whatever the company already maintains. Part of the work is cleaning and modelling that data, which is usually where the real value is.

How is technical documentation handled?

Datasheets, drawings and certificates attach to the product page itself rather than living in a downloads folder. An e-catalogue PDF is generated alongside for buyers who want the whole range.

Do you handle hreflang and per-market URLs?

Yes. Each language gets its own URL path with correct hreflang annotation, so search engines serve the right version and the versions do not compete with each other.

What about KVKK and GDPR for enquiry forms?

Enquiry forms collect personal data, so they need a lawful basis, a retention position and an aydınlatma metni. We draft these as part of the build rather than leaving them as a placeholder.

Who owns the site and the domain afterwards?

You do. Accounts are registered in the company’s name from the start, and the project ends with credentials and documentation transferred.
