Professional services

For firms whose product is expertise and whose risk is credibility.

A prospective client searching for a lawyer, an accountant or a consultant is searching for their problem, not for your firm. The site has to meet them at the problem and then demonstrate that you have handled it before.

What we see in this sector

Four problems that come up repeatedly, and how we address them.

A new firm competes against decades of name recognition

Depth on the areas the firm actually wins on, rather than a thin page for every possible service.

Clients search for their situation, not for a practice area

Content architecture organised around client problems, with practice areas underneath.

Regulated professions have advertising restrictions

Copy written to the profession’s own rules, not generic marketing language.

A careless data-protection page undermines the whole proposition

KVKK and privacy notices drafted properly, not pasted from a template.

Questions we are asked

Are there restrictions on how a Turkish law firm may advertise?

Yes. Turkish bar rules constrain how legal services may be promoted, and the site has to be written within them. We work to the firm’s reading of its own professional obligations rather than importing marketing conventions from unregulated sectors.

Is a blog worth maintaining?

Only if it is genuinely maintained. A blog that answers the questions clients actually ask brings in search traffic at the moment of need. One with three posts from two years ago is worse than none.

How do you handle confidentiality in case descriptions?

By describing the category of matter and the approach rather than the client, and by having the firm approve every published word.

What is required for KVKK compliance on a contact form?

An aydınlatma metni covering what is collected, the lawful basis, retention and the data subject’s rights — linked at the point of collection, not buried.

Do you provide a Turkish and English version?

Yes, with full parity. A half-translated site reads worse than a single-language one.

Who maintains the content afterwards?

The firm, through an editor that does not require technical knowledge. We hand over with documentation and remain available for structural work.
