Methodology
How we work
How we work, written down. This is the version we follow, not an idealised one — it names what we do at each stage and what the client receives.
Stage 01
Scope
Establish what the system must do, who it serves, and which constraints are real.
Most failed projects were scoped by assumption. We write down the audience, the outcome in one sentence, the constraints that actually bind, and the condition under which the project should be stopped. That document is agreed before anything is built and is the reference for every later argument about scope.

Stage 02
Architecture
Data model, integrations and infrastructure decided before interface work begins.
Interface follows structure. On a catalogue project this means deciding what a product is before designing a product page. On an automation project it means the data and the audit log before the rules. Architectural decisions are recorded with the alternatives that were rejected and why, so a later reader can tell a decision from an accident.

Stage 03
Build
Delivered in reviewable stages against a live environment.
Work is deployed to a staging environment continuously, so progress is inspected rather than reported. Every change is reversible. Nothing reaches a production system without a preview and a documented way back — a rule that exists because live e-commerce and operational systems break during trading hours.

Stage 04
Verify
Claims audited, performance measured, compliance checked.
Before launch every factual statement on the site is traced to something verifiable; anything that cannot be traced is rewritten or removed. Performance is measured rather than asserted. Accessibility, language parity and compliance pages are checked as a gate, not as a follow-up.

Stage 05
Handover
Deployed, documented and transferred with access.
The client owns the domain, the code and the infrastructure accounts — registered in their name from the beginning, not transferred as a favour at the end. Handover includes an access matrix, a runbook and documentation of what runs where.
